Our Impact
Since 2019, over 50 students have participated in the IAC Fellows Program, representing over 30 colleges and universities nationwide. 2 Fellows have gone on to obtain full-time positions with an IAC brand!
We take pride in our existing partnerships with over 11 of the top charitable organizations in America, such as Prep for Prep, TEAK, LEDA, and SEO. Year after year, we aim to deepen these partnerships as they help us continue to design programming that meets the ever-evolving needs and interests of students from underrepresented communities.
Meet Eryn, 2020 Product Fellow at Dotdash and 2021 Engineering Fellow at Vimeo. Eryn studied at Mount Holyoke College and is a Prep for Prep alum. Eryn is now a full time Software Engineer at Care.com!

The IAC Fellows program is designed to be deeply engaging, ensuring that each Fellow receives individualized guidance they require to succeed in any endeavor. Fellows cite the program’s high touch nature and sense of community as immensely valuable at this stage in their education and career development, becoming enthusiastic advocates of the program. 100% of Fellows stated they would recommend the IAC Fellows program to a friend.
Our Fellows are driven, curious, continuously seek opportunities to learn, and deliver quality results in their internships. Their hard work does not go unnoticed. 100% of managers said they would recommend a Fellow for a future internship or employment.
Fellows walk away from our program feeling confident that they belong at a place like IAC, and feel better equipped to make that future a reality. 100% of Fellows said this program helped them define their career goals.
Entering a professional environment as a member of a minority group can be intimidating. Though young adults commonly struggle with Imposter’s Syndrome, 100% of Fellows felt a sense of belonging at IAC.
